As Managing Partner at Black Diamond Risk and a board member on multiple organizations, he continues to shape the future of financial risk strategy and governance.
He is also the Founding Executive Director of the prestigious Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) Program at UCLA, a former GARP Risk Manager of the Year, and co-founder of PRMIA — solidifying his role as a pioneer in the risk profession. With a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and four co-authored books on risk, Dr. Mark exemplifies the depth and rigor that FINCAP brings to every client engagement.
